A new build development that we have completed as a design and build project which included delivering a 7500ft2 shell for Anytime Fitness on the ground floor and residential apartments on the upper floors.
The residential development of boutique one, two & three bedroom apartments. From demolition stage through to completion of fit out our team managed every aspect of the project.
Each flat was finished to an extremely high standard and the fit-out included contemporary kitchens and bathrooms with fully tiled wet -rooms.
The development was built to satisfy code 5 energy efficiency requirements and minimise the day-to-day cost of living.
Fulham Church Conversion
A conversion of an historic Fulham church into luxury apartments & a spectacular penthouse. The Lourdes Collection has been created within one of West Kensington's landmark buildings a Gothic-style church dating back to 1887. This project involved the conversion of this unique building in to stunning one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes, plus an incredible three bedroom penthouse.
We made every effort to retain as much of the character of the building as possible. This included original Victorian hand-carved stone arches and tracery which we extensively restored.
All the apartments were finished to the highest specification, including Casa Cucina designed kitchens with composite worktops.
A new build development which we built from the ground up, which included delivering a shell for a commerical supermarket on the ground floor. From groundworks & site clearance to final fix we oversaw every aspect of this development.
This boutique block of contemporary one, two & three bedroom apartments, including two penthouses. The building's envelope was designed to meet future building control energy efficiency requirements, to minimise the day-to-day cost of living.
Each flat was finished to an extremely high standard. This fit-out included bathrooms and en suites with fully tiled wet rooms and ceiling height sliding doors to maximise room space. Kitchens featured high gloss cabinets arranged around continental style breakfast bars.

Maidenhead Riverside Conversion & Development
The conversion and extension of a former hotel into luxury apartments. Located on an island on the River Thames, we worked with the local conservation official to retain as much of the existing structure as possible, restoring all salvageable finishes to be reused in the renovation.
This project also involved the partial demolition of two buildings, taking the entire remaining structure back to brick work. After extensive structural work to reconstruct the property we installed new handcut roofs, timber sashes & roof terraces to take advantage of the wonderful river views.
The interiors were finished to a similarly high standard, installing high spec kitchens, marble counters & oak flooring throughout the development.
